Ideal Properties Group's Market Report: Second Quarter 2016

IPG's 2016 second quarter market report ( http://tinyurl.com/h5p7b2g) revealed that Brownstones and North Brooklyn's residential real estate prices continue to outperform 2015 numbers, a landmark year for Brooklyn. The esidential properties retained buyer focus in the second quarter 2016. Median prices continued their upward movement, reaching $1,136,000 (up 8.7 percent from prior quarter), or 1,108 per square foot (up 8.6 percent quarter-over-quarter). Meanwhile, townhouses continue to be the strongest performing asset class and with demand surpassing supply, we predict more record-breaking sales in the coming months.
