Furniture Maker Leases Warehouse Space in Red Hook

BROOKLYN, NY – Ilia Fedorov of Ideal Properties Group brokered the lease for Creative Made LLC at 201 Richards Street in Red Hook.
The furniture maker inked a five-year lease with a five year option to renew. The space leased by Creative Made encompasses a total of 3,700 s/f.
The tenant was represented by Gennady Gerovich of United National Realty.
Creative Made LLC is projecting to open their doors to the public in July 2013. ###
