Ideal Launches Quarterly Tenant Report: 1Q 2014

Brownstone and North Brooklyn’s popularity among those living outside of New York State is on the rise. According to the Profile of Tenants in Brownstone Brooklyn quarterly report released today by Ideal Properties Group, a leading real estate firm, 22 percent of all new tenants in the area were from out of state in the first quarter of 2014, up from 18 percent during the same time period last year.
