BROOKLYN, NY – Residential rental prices remain at record highs in Brownstone Brooklyn in the second quarter of 2014, with virtually all units rising an average of 11 percent over the same period a year ago, according to the Brownstone Brooklyn and Beyond Rental Market Report released today by leading real estate firm Ideal Properties Group.
