Ideal Properties Group's Market Report: First Quarter 2017

Following the change at the helm of the nation, Ideal Properties Group reveals in their 1st Quarter Residential Sales Report http://tinyurl.com/mnh2mbe that Browntone and North Brooklyn neighborhoods continued their upward pricing trend at the start of 2017. There was nearly an 9 percent jump in the median sales levels from the previous quarter — prices increasing from $1,142,000 to $1,242,500. Even more significantly, the year-over-year experienced a 19.8 jump from 2016. All the signs point to a much stronger performance over the coming warmer months.
