Encompassed by parts of Hell’s Kitchen, the Clinton neighborhood is technically considered Midtown West. With world-renowned restaurants (several routinely rank in the top 10 in the world) and majestic views of Central Park, this NYC neighborhood is the quintessential microcosm of the city. The real estate in Clinton has become the most sought-after in the city. High-rise mixed-use buildings of newer provenance enclose the Columbus Circle, the most famous being the Time Warner Building. World’s priciest and most acclaimed restaurants such as Per Se and Masa are here. The boundaries for Clinton technically start at 42nd Street in the south (bleeding into Hell’s Kitchen). The neighborhood ends at 61st street in the north, stretching west to the Hudson River and going as far east as 8th Avenue.
