Brooklyn Loves Their Motorcycles: Leases Signed

BROOKLYN, NY – Ideal Properties Group’s Euvin Weeber was instrumental in brokering the lease for Vax Moto (vaxmoto.com), a motorcycle storage and repair shop that is relocating within Brooklyn, to 339 Butler Street in Gowanus. Vax Moto has inked a five-year lease for their new, 8,000 s/f industrial space. Jake Leaf of Ideal Properties Group has brokered a lease for a coffee shop/motorcycle retail space slated to take over the retail space at 161 Grand Street in Williamsburg. Jane Motorcycles inked the lease for the ground-floor 900 s/f space and is expected to open their door to the public in October 2013. ###
